Road Course – 2008 Track Rental Rates:

1.8 km	$3,200	$2,200	*$300/hr
1.2 km	$2,900	$2,000	*$300/hr

*Evening rates based on a minimum of 2 hours rental

Suite Rental: $150/day

The above rates do not include insurance or ambulance, and are subject to 7% GST.

All events must be pre-booked with 50% deposit to secure dates.
Cancellation will result in loss of deposit.
All participants must read and sign Toronto Motorsports Park Waiver prior to using any facilities.
Daily rentals start at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM, you will be charged $300 per hour for overtime use on a fifteen minute basis.
All rates apply to non-sponsored events. Sponsored events must be negotiated individually.
No subletting of the facilities will be permitted unless previously arranged.
No selling or soliciting will be allowed without written permission.
Classroom/Boardroom available, $150.00 per day
