*Evening rates based on a minimum of 2 hours rental

The above rates do not include insurance or ambulance, and are subject to 13% HST.

Suite: $150/day
Classroom/Boardroom Rental: $150/day
Ambulance:$400/day ($150 for 2 hour rentals)
Insurance Cars: $400 (up to 40 cars) - $600 (41 to 60 cars) - $800 (61 to 80 cars)
Insurance Motocycles: $800 (up to 40 bikes) - $1,000 (41 to 60 bikes) - $1,200 (61 to 80 bikes)

Skid Pad
The skid pad is also available for rental. 


Terms

 

  • All events must be pre-booked with 50% deposit to secure dates.
  • Cancellation will result in loss of deposit.
  • All participants must read and sign Toronto Motorsports Park Waiver prior to using any facilities.
  • Daily rentals start at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM, you will be charged $300 per hour for overtime use on a fifteen minute basis.
  • All rates apply to non-sponsored events. Sponsored events must be negotiated individually.
  • No subletting of the facilities will be permitted unless previously arranged.
  • No selling or soliciting will be allowed without written permission.
  • Classroom/Boardroom available, $150.00 per day
