Gate Admission Policies


To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable visit to Toronto Motorsports Park, please follow these gate admission policies, with the knowledge that all fans entering the facility are subject to search, and all items brought through admission gates will be inspected.

Permitted

YOU MAY enter the facility with:

  • One (1) cooler or bag, on initial entry only. Must fit within these dimensions and will be checked at admission gates. Examples: hard-sided or soft-sided, insulated cooler (may contain ice), scanner bag, fanny pack, purse, camera bag or diaper bag.
  • One (1) clear plastic bag, not larger than 18 x 18 x 4 inches (may not contain ice).
  • Binoculars, scanners, headsets or cameras - worn separately over the neck or on the belt are also permitted.

Any item deemed oversized or not permitted may not be left at admission gates. Items must be disposed of or returned to vehicle.

Prohibited

YOU MAY NOT enter the grandstands with ANY of the following:

  • Glass bottles or containers, liquor or wine
  • Beer carried as a pack or separately (must be in a cooler or bag)
  • Knives, weapons, umbrellas or fireworks
  • Skateboards, roller blades, bicycles
  • Or any other item determined to be a safety or health risk.

NOTE: Strollers and umbrellas are permitted through the admission gates, but not in the grandstands. In addition, the following items are prohibited anywhere on Toronto Motorsports Park property: weapons, firearms, and fireworks.

Re-entry

Re-entry to the track is possible ONLY by obtaining a HAND STAMP from the gate attendant prior to leaving the track. The customer will be advised that re-entry to the track is with wristband, stamp and ticket stub.

All policies are subject to change without notice, based upon local, provincial or municipal laws. Please contact the Toronto Motorsports Park office for the most up-to-date policies.

Rescheduling & Ticket Exchange

Sanctioning bodies (IHRA) and Toronto Motorsports Park determine racing schedules.

  • On Lapping days, in the event of a delay or postponement, all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled day. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
  • On Drag Racing race days, the following policies apply:

A total rainout, customer is entitled to 100 percent credit*.

*In the event of a rainout, customer must retain ticket stub to enter on rescheduled date only. Credentials will not be honored. All ticket sales are final. No refunds. Toronto Motorsports Park is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Motorcycle Lapping Rules & Policies

PRE-REGISTRATION, CREDITS & TRANSFERS

  1. Pre-registration closes Friday at 5:00pm before any weekend event. No exceptions will be made.
  2. You must inform staff at Toronto Motorsports Park that you wish to use or transfer the credit before pre-registration closes before any weekend event. Any requests at the gate or after pre-registration closes will be denied. If space is available, rider may pay the gate price at the gate in order to participate in the motorcycle lapping event.

  3. If rider fails to show up for a track day without informing a member of staff prior to the event, that track day is lost. No credit will be rewarded.
  4. No refunds, all sales are Final!

 GUEST POLICY

  1. If you wish to bring guests into the park, you must put them on a guest list prior to the event. Any guests that come who are not on a guest list will be expected to pay the entrance fee for that day. Confirmation numbers and full names will no longer be accepted. Riders will only be permitted to two guests per track day.

 PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS

  1. Promotional discounts offered (example: three day weekend pass) are non-transferable. Only one driver is permitted per pass.

 DRIVER’S MEETING

  1. The rider’s meeting is mandatory. A separate rider’s meeting sticker will be handed out to illustrate attendance. A rider cannot go on the track without attending a driver’s meeting. If rider fails to attend rider’s meeting in the morning, rider may only be allowed on the track after attending a later meeting with a staff member. The meeting may be as a late as 12:00pm pending on time availability of staff.

Services for Patrons with Disabilities

Accessible (Disabled) Parking

To park in the ADA accessible parking areas, the patron must have a permanent issued handicap permit. These areas will be monitored to assure spaces are being properly used. The person with the disability to whom the permit was issued must be the driver of or passenger in the vehicle when the vehicle is parked in parking areas for persons with disabilities.

Race Day Suggestions

All of our events at Toronto Motorsports Park continue to experience tremendous growth. As we continue to expand, you can assist us in making your visit more enjoyable by adhering to the following suggestions.

  • Arrive at the park with sufficient time to allow for parking and tech..
  • Become a Season Ticket Holder and receive the red carpet treatment on lapping day: exclusive Preferred Parking, and many other great perks.
  • When approaching the park, pay close attention to the directional and informational signs to make sure that there have not been any last-minute changes, particularly if the area has recently experienced inclement weather.
  • We have made many major improvements to our operation and facility. Physically and operationally, the park has improved dramatically over the past year. We hope you notice and enjoy these improvements.
