Eligibility
Any female that is 18 years of age or older is eligible to become a Contestant. By using this site you concede that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter and to abide by all terms and conditions of use.

Proprietary Rights Of Toronto Motorsports Park Content
Toronto Motorsports Park retains and owns other proprietary rights in our site and services. The site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks and other content information of Toronto Motorsports Park. With the exception of information in the public domain, you may not copy, modify, publish, duplicate, distribute, transmit, display or sell any such information, Content or otherwise unless given express special permission from us.

Content Posted on Toronto Motorsports Park
Upon providing information and content for this contest you hereby grant us the rights to use said Content for promotional use in any manner without previous notice of use or compensation in any form.
Further, Toronto Motorsports Park shall solely and exclusively own all results, product and proceeds thereof, including all rights of whatever kind. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Contestant grants to Toronto Motorsports Park and assigns, the following specific perpetual and exclusive rights in connection with the results, product and proceeds of the Contest:

To exhibit, sell, assign, transmit, and reproduce and license others to so do, (whether by means of motion pictures, still camera photographs, radio, television, television motion pictures, the Internet, video discs, DVDs, HD-DVD’s, Blue Ray Disks, CDs, mini-disks, PS2 disks, video cassettes, video tapes, memory stick data, printing, or any other means now known or unknown) any or all of the Performance and/or Audio Portion;
To use the Contest and/or the Audio Portion in connection with the advertising and exploitation of the Contest, including, without limitation, previews and trailers one sheets, flyers, catalogs, and covers or wrappers or sound track recordings, discs, tapes and/or cassettes, and in connection with the sale of any by producers or merchandising relating to the Contest, and any characters, theme, plot, or other elements or rights therein contained;
To use the Contest and/or the Audio Portion of any part thereof, as a portion of a motion picture, Web site, or other work other than the Project, and for the advertising thereof, and in connection with the sale of any by-products or merchandise relating thereto, and to reproduce and/or transmit the same by and in any media;

Cheating
Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Forms of cheating may include but are not limited to spam or excessively repetitive voting. Other forms of cheating to be determined at our sole discretion. Anyone found cheating will be disqualified.

General
You hereby concede and understand that the approval of entry application is based upon the consensus of TORONTO MOTORSPORTS PARK. Entries may be rejected, suspended or deleted at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.

TORONTO MOTORSPORTS PARK may modify, add, change or remove any part of these conditions at any time and without notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms and conditions periodically.
