Cayuga, home to Toronto Motorsports Park, regularly drawing thousands of spectators.

Cayuga is located on the banks of the Grand River between Caledonia and Port Maitland.  It is a lovely community of 1,500.  Cayuga offers affordable housing, good schools, four churches, excellent shopping services and other amenities that are drawing people to the community as permanent residents.

While visiting Cayuga be sure to enjoy a picnic in the pavillion next to the river.    Enjoy a relaxing stroll through the parks along the river's edge or enjoy boating and other water sports after launching from the public boat ramp on the river.  Stop in and journey back in time at the Haldimand County Museum & Archives.

Those interested in genealogical research wil find this centre very useful.   The museum offers several walking tours of historic sites and excursions into its past on Festival Days.  Ruthven Park, a National Historic Site, is another site visitors to the community should not miss.  There are many nature trails on the gounds, and tours of the mansion are offered throughout the year.

The community's largest annual event is July's CayugaFest.  This exciting family event is staged by several local service clubs and offers live entertainment, a parade, crafts, kids activities and much more.
