Drag Racing School

If you are a beginner and have never driven down the drag strip before, we can teach you very easily. When you come to TMP’s Drag Racing School to learn how to drag race your car, you will have championship caliber instructors and the best equipment that our premiere racing facility has to offer.

Each student begins at a different level. The level at which you start at depends on your ability and past racing experience. Our limited size class assures that you will receive the personal attention and seat time that you will need. Once the orientation is complete and you are familiar with the equipment and learn the techniques, the fun begins on the strip!

We teach you in stages how to drag race your car. The stages are burnouts, 60 foot runs, 1/8 mile, and finally the quarter mile full pass. You must be comfortable with each of the stages prior to progressing to the next level. This is very important for your safety as well as enjoyment.

Upon completion of our course, you will receive a certificate of completion and be able to drive a race car well and with confidence.

Learning the correct technique and routine that you can practice in your own car repeatedly is the ideal scenario. Having Neale observe you driving your own car down the track will help enormously in the understanding what is right and what is wrong with your technique.
